Songyang | Stay in a 600-year-old ancient village

This is the only high-end homestay in Songzhuang Village, transformed from an ancient residence. It was designed by the designer of Naked Castle, and it is full of design sense from inside to outside. 🛏️Room: We stayed in a land courtyard view room with a sizable terrace. Although it is a bit far from the main public area, it is quiet and private. We were initially worried about insects in the room, but after a night, we didn't find any, indicating that the housekeeper checked carefully before our stay. The room is also thoughtfully equipped with mosquito repellent to prevent bites. 🏠Public Area: It integrates a bar, dining area, and meeting room, and there is also a book bar on the second floor. The terrace outside the public area is right by the creek, with the iconic ancient bridge in front. 🍽️Dining: We had dinner, breakfast, and lunch the next day at the homestay. The food was excellent and tasted great. It is worth experiencing once. It is not commercialized, very quiet, and suitable for a short stay.
