Most of the ponds in Huanglong are covered with snow in February, except for the Five-Color Pond and the Welcome Pond, which are visible, while the others are basically invisible. Transportation • Up and down the mountain: It is strongly recommended to take the cable car 🚡 both up and down the mountain. The downhill journey is nearly 4 kilometers, and there is not much to see along the way, so it is quite tiring to walk, and you may even collapse. 😭. • Bus to Huanglong: The bus to Huanglong is at Parking Lot 3, near the hiking entrance, so don't go to the wrong place. 😏. Luggage storage If you choose to hike, you can store your luggage at the "Huanglong Visitor Center" at the entrance, and it's free. 😃. But if you plan to take the cable car down the mountain, it's not very convenient to store your luggage here, so you can choose a suitable storage point according to your itinerary. 🤔.
