The Glowing Temple

Wat Sirindhorn Phu Prao, also known as the Glowing Temple, is located in Sirindhorn District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. It features a stunning ordination hall with green luminescent murals of the Kalpavriksha tree on the back wall, as well as intricate designs on the ground around the hall. The view at sunset is particularly breathtaking. Unfortunately, I've never had the chance to stay and see it at night. From the other side, you can see the neighboring country. Crossing the Chong Mek border checkpoint, you will reach Champasak Province in Laos.
