This time, I chose the original Masan Soy Sauce Crab restaurant, which has been awarded Michelin recognition for years. It's conveniently located near the Soy Sauce Crab Street in Gangnam District. It comes with side dishes, and the restaurant staff skillfully removes the crab meat for you, so you can enjoy the dish elegantly without getting your hands dirty. The soy sauce crab mixed with egg yolk, seaweed, and crab roe creates an incredibly fresh and sweet flavor. The crab meat is tender and smooth, though the taste might be slightly mild. Still, it's delicious! The price is around HK$200, which I think is reasonable for solo diners.
