Quality icecream and coffee for teabreak!

Address: The Dark Gallery, Ngee Ann City, 391 Orchard Rd, # B2 - 29, Singapore 238873 Price: $$ Located in the basement of Ngee Ann City lies a cute cafe selling one of the yummiest ice cream I've ever had! I ordered the cookie butter which tasted like biscoff with full cream milk! The ice cream was rich, sticky and very milky -- Which I LOVE! I highly recommend trying it out. I also had a nice hot flat white to pair with the ice cream. The coffee was thick and had a lovely aroma. I think the sweet and bitter combo was perfect for the rainy day outside! They also served free tap water which was great considering their desserts were very rich! Highly recommend if you're around the area. Rating: 10/10 #meetsingapore
