Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum

Address: 288 South Bridge Road, Singapore 058840 Highlights: This five storey temple is known for its giant stupa weighing a whopping 3.5kg and made from 320 kg of gold. The Tang-styled building design was inspired by the Buddhist Mandala, a symbol of Buddhist culture that represents the universe. The Temple has an extensive collection of Buddhist culture, art and history. Beautifully designed interiors. It offers guided tours in English every Saturday free of charge, conducted by the temple's volunteers. Registration is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please be respectful entering the temple. There are a lot of devotees praying.
