Opened in 1999, this place had cultural significance in the neighbourhood and even has an old Chinese temple within the mall on level 1. You can easily access this place via Raffles Place MRT or Telok Ayer MRT. I recommend that you visit this place once in the morning and come back again in the evening as different types of shops open at different timings!
