Junior suite at Grand Park City Hall Hotel

During one of trip's flash sale, I managed to clinch the Grand Park City Hall Junior Suite for $188! Thank trips! I moved the date once due to work commitments and trips customer service was very professional and helped with it! Thumb up! I love the interior decoration of the hotel and how it uses technology to control all the aircon and lights. The junior suite doesn't come with a bathtub but in replacement, they have a steam bath! You don't really see steam bath in hotel room. Just be careful though, when the stem is very hot at the area where its coming out from! The hotel brand themselves as a 5 stars hotel but in reality, I felt that it's more of a 4 stars. If it was a 4 stars hotel, I will definitely give it a 4.25/5. However, because of the high expectation I have for a 5 stars hotel, it fall short in many areas and I will only give it a 3/5. There was no bathrobe. I called the front desk for almost 5 mins before anyone picked it up and promised to deliver. I waited for 2 hours for the bathrobe after that. I had to personally go find the housekeeping personnel to obtain it. The second time I tried calling the front desk, I couldn't get hold of anyone even after waiting for 10 mins. That's really bad service to me. The servers at the club lounge has no idea what they are doing. Their manner were very crude and I was offended by their manner towards an elderly couple who were sitting near me. There's definitely a need for service improvement in this hotel. Not a hotel I will die to return to, but won't hurt if the price is right. #staycation
