BIRD PARADISE IS OPENING IN MAY! 🦜

The new park remains as one of Asia’s largest bird parks, with 10 zones including 8 thematic walk-through aviaries, a penguin habitat and a high conservation value zone. All of the enclosures are completely cage-less, welcoming guests to immerse themselves in their habitats. 🌲 What impresses us the most is how each enclosure was specially designed to mimic the birds’ natural habitats, with one of the zones looking exactly like the rice terraces in Bali. One of the zones, Crimson Wetlands, will even have the iconic man-made waterfall as a tribute to the old Waterfall Aviary of Jurong Bird Park. Not us tearing in nostalgia when we saw it 🥲 One of the crowd favourites, the Penguin Cove, will also be making a comeback! Upgrading from its previous habitat, the new space features two multi-level acrylic tanks where guests can watch the penguins in action as they dive into the depths! Unfortunately, the penguins weren’t there yet, but we did our best using Photoshop magic! 😅 Throughout the day, there’ll also be special feeding programmes in various zones, as well as the Animal Presentations which will be located in the 2000-seater Sky Amphitheatre.
