The food was delicious and a good balance of sweet, salty and spicy. My server was a kind man who offered detailed explanations of each dish and good insight into local life. I really appreciated getting to understand the history of each dish and meanings behind different elements of the dish. We opted for the ah-ma-kase tasting menu and it was excellent.
