This time round was at Colony, Ritz-Carlton. Although my stay here was unpleasant, the food here is a great international spread. I love their fresh seafood and meat. Pasta and desserts are great too. I can say that this is the best 5 star fine dining hotel restaurant. Wide spread of foods available to be chosen, we can also order a la carte with additional cost.
