The grand Colony restaurant at Ritz Carlton

#moreinsg Dining at the Colony restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton is a decadent affair and we come here during special occasions (birthdays etc) for a nice celebration. The extensive menu at the Colony provides many options for diners including hot mains and cold sides. The format is semi buffet with hot dishes selected from online menu and self service style for appetitizers and dessert. My absolute favourite is the Boston Lobster (ordered this 3 times!) as well as their beef steak cooked medium rare. The portions are generous and I was stuffed after just one main course. The seafood selection is also excellent with freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs and prawns. I also enjoyed the wide array of desserts including waffles, ice cream and tiramisu amongst other choices.
