Ling's Patisserie

#favouriteitinerary Ling's Patisserie is a hidden gem that not many may know. It is located along a quiet street, under a block of flat but walk in, and you will be pleasantly surprised with their heavenly baked goods. They are also apparently well known and have been published in several food blogs. Ling's is popular with their cakes and pastries. Some that deserve some shout out would be their pandan chiffon sourdough cake and pandan kaya roll. The cakes themselves is soft, fluffy and full of pandan fragrant. Their japanese shio bun is light, buttery and savoury. Do expect brownies, bundt cakes, and walnut carrot cakes here too. I love ling's patisserie cafe setting with it being not overly crowded, perfect for a quiet afternoon.
