Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay

I'm sure most people know who Gordon Ramsay is... if you don't, it's time for you to really Google and check out who he is. Located at MBS is one of his brainchild called the Bread Street Kitchen. The restaurant is cosy and used dim warm lights with dark tones for its interior. I like the deco for the store a lot but find it on the darker side. The menu is quite small, but I'm sure you can find something you like here as they do cover a little of everything. The main highlight of my meal was the pork belly. Its similar to our Chinese roasted meat without the saltiness that I always disapproved of. The skin is very crispy and the crackling sound it made whenever I bite on it made it sound so good. The cheesecake with raspberry sorbet was delicious. I love how the two distinct flavours is different and yet complement each others well. A meal here will easily cost approx $80 to $100 per pax.
