Each type can be ordered in 3 versions - in superior chicken broth, pan-fried or boiled. We selected original dumplings in superior chicken broth. the broth is very yummy. While the dumplings is nice. we also ordered lu rou fan (braised pork topping rice), the meat was a bit firm (should have been softer) and the gravy could have been more flavorful.
