#traveldiaries There is a new gem in Tampines. Abundance: Taiwanese restaurant is a new kid in the block with their third outlet in Singapore. It is my first time dining in and I was blown away by their delicious food! Niu Yolk Fried Rice: Truffle oil and the fried rice is cooked with beef fats. Very fragrant fried rice. The beef short ribs are slowly cooked for 24 hours and hence tender. Comes with onsen egg which is perfect. Dark-plings noodle: the knife-cut noodles are al dente and the shrimp pork dumplings have generous fillings. Do check this restaurant out and pro-tip will be to reserve!
