MO BAR stole my heart

Recognised as one of the World's and Asia's top 50 bars, the MO Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel serves specially curated cocktails and boasts of an impressive food menu as well. The Sarimanok bespoke cocktail we ordered was the Star of the evening, made with rum and balanced with fruity flavours, it was topped off with a layer of edible rice paper printed with which a mythical creature dressed in swirls of red, orange and blue. The Gyu-Katsu Sanda is another a must order item on the food menu when dining out with your date. The meat is nicely cooked and juice, when you take a bite into it, its truly pure bliss. Amazing service by the well trained staff at the MO Bar, cozy ambience and with a killer view of the Marina Bay Sands from the bar, what's there not to like?
