Getting up close with turtles and tortoises

#zoofun Located in Orto Park in Khatib, the live turtle and tortoise museum once became famous for almost having to shut down its operations in its previous premises, Chinese Gardens, for good. It was started up by a father-daughter pair, and all the turtles and tortoises are all owned by them. Admission fee is 10 dollars for adults and children above 7, and 6 dollars for seniors and children aged 6 and below. You can also get some long beans or cabbages to feed them for a small additional fee, which they will gladly eat most of the time. Great place for people of all ages as they will not only have fun interacting with and petting some of their friendly turtles that are freely roaming around, but also they can get to learn more about and appreciate the different types of turtle species. The place is also accessible via mrt to Khatib Station, but definitely takes a while to walk into Orto Park to the museum.
