The restaurant was located on level 17 of Capital Spring. It was very intimate and quiet. We were greeted by their staff, before getting a nice corner spot indoors. We ordered: 1. Grilled octopus - 10/10 Tender and flavorful, it set a high bar for the rest of the meal. 2. Aglio olio pasta - 10/10, the flavors were balanced and unique from most Aglio olio I'm used to, and the pasta cooked to perfection. 3. Wagyu bavette - 5/10 fell short of expectations. It was chewy and didn't quite justify its price tag. The waiter suggested that medium or well done would have been better for this particular cut of Wagyu. 4. Churros - 10/10 a delightful treat to end the meal on a high note! The churros was fried to perfection and the sauce was not too sweet. 5. Sensation Poire - 10/10 sweet and light which went well with the entire dinner. 6. Cidra Morada - 10/10 a hit with its robust flavors, it's definitely a more robust cocktail option. Wished both cocktails were decorated just like the drawing on the menu. Other than that, the entire experience was 10/10! With access to both the rooftop and the flower garden at Capital Spring, we were treated to breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. It's the perfect setting for a deep conversation with your date, away from the crowds and noise. Overall, Sol & Luna offers a romantic dining experience with delicious food and a serene ambiance. While there were some minor hiccups, the overall experience was memorable and perfect for a special occasion. #familytrips2024
