I ordered an iced coffee with soy milk. The taste was unexpectedly good; the soy milk at the bottom was different from the usual, very rich and thick. Stirring it with the coffee made for a pleasantly surprising blend. As for souvenirs, I have to recommend the biscuits from the traditional Bengawan Solo. The packaging is exquisite, making it suitable for gifts. There are also many flavors to choose from: Bak Kut Teh, Satay, Cereal Prawn, Banana, Colorful Coconut, etc. The store offers samples of all their flavors, and after tasting a variety, I preferred the sweet ones, so I bought the Banana and Colorful Coconut flavors, as well as Earl Grey. Bengawan Solo's colorful cake and pineapple tarts are also recommended by many celebrities. Since the cake is not easy to preserve, I didn't buy it, but I did purchase the pineapple tarts to take back as souvenirs. The pineapple tarts are one of the signature products, and the store also has a wide selection of handmade Nyonya pastries and cookies.
