From the moment I stepped into the Harbour Front Centre terminal, I was impressed by the organized and efficient boarding process. The staff were courteous and assisted passengers with ease. The terminal itself is well-maintained and offers a range of amenities, making the pre-departure experience comfortable. The ferry ride itself was smooth, and the scenic views of the sea and neighboring islands added to the overall experience. Arriving at Sekupang Batam, the disembarkation process was as organized as the boarding. The terminal at Sekupang is well-equipped.
