Staycay resort in the east

Without having to take a plane to a sunny island resort, we have one 5-star luxury resort right here in mainland Singapore! Situated in the east side of the country, Dusit Thani really makes you feel like you’re out of the bustling city and by a beach or nature resort overseas. It is quite a drive in though, so it can be a bit difficult to access. Even though the resort provides free shuttle buses, the frequency is quite low so I recommend just taking a taxi in. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the swimming pool and golf courses below. During the mid-afternoon, the sun can heat up the room quite a lot so draw the curtains if you want to keep the room cool!
