#timetotravel Sitting at the 70th floor of Swissotel The Stamford is the two-stars Michelin, Jaan by Kirk Westaway. The restaurant is a 35-seater and serves European-British cuisine. The view from the restaurant is exceptional as it oversees the Marine Bay and the Helix Bridge. We opted for the wine pairing together with our menu and amongst all the dishes, we were most impressed with the Hen’s Egg (pic 6) where the complex flavours and aromas were greatly elevated by the wine pairing Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely visit it again for the view, food and service! #jaan #britishstyle #finedining #singapore #境外遊
