🇻🇳Bale Well in Hoi An🇻🇳

As we walked around Hoi An, I made sure to go to Bale Well for their famous Cao Lau Noodles. We ate at famous place, called Bale Well Restaurant - known for their Com Ga, a dish of shredded poached chicken served with seasoned pilaf rice, shredded green papaya and carrot, fresh herbs, and a bowl of chicken broth, a dish absolutely packed with flavor. We also of course had their Cao Lao noodle dish which was equally satisfying! This street is tastefully decorated with colorful lanterns and there is also another famous Cao Lao place next door—will also post about it! #freehotelstay #foodies #foodie #awesomepic #urbanexplorer #vietnam
