Sigiriya: A Sri Lanka Can’t-Miss

As someone who lives in a bustling city, there's no better escape than to somewhere as full of nature as Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. Get up for the pre-sunrise motorbike ride through the hills to the peak and you’ll find yourself surrounded by the sounds of animals getting ready for the day. A quick jaunt up the adjacent mountain and you’ll find yourself with a front-row seat to one of the worlds hidden gems. Head back down and it’s an easy motorbike ride around town to find some relaxing shade. Then, it’s back up up to climb the Sigiriya peak and watch the sunset. Just watch out for those pesky monkeys as they like to steal your stuff. 10/10 would do again.
