🌿 A relaxing drink in the quiet outskirts of Siena – La Villa di STR review 🍷

It's a little bit far from the city center of Siena, but my husband and I chose it because we liked its quietness. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. It's a peaceful location with a good distance for those who like to walk! In the evening, we bought some wine nearby and enjoyed a glass of wine in the hotel garden. It was a really charming time, and it felt more local than Florence 🍇 The room is not big, but it's clean and has everything you need. In particular, the cleanliness was very good, and it was much more satisfying than the 3-star hotel we stayed at in Florence. ✔️ Breakfast is simple bread, drinks, and coffee, so it's good to enjoy lightly. If you request it before 11 PM the day before, they'll prepare it for you. 📍 It's about 15 euros by taxi to the train station. It was easy to catch a taxi, so it wasn't inconvenient to get around. ❗ Things to note If you want a place to stay in the city center, the location may be a bit inconvenient. The noise from motorcycles can be a bit annoying at night because of the road in front of the accommodation. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to bring earplugs. 💭 One-line summary If you want to spend a quiet day in Siena with a glass of wine in the garden, this is the best choice.
