Khmer cooking class

Joining cooking class with Beyond Unique Escapes today. We start the activity at a local market, called Phsa Kraom Market. Our guide show us the local vegetables, herbs & spices, local foods around the market. Then we went to a homey kitchen nearby a pond to kick off our Khmer cuisine cooking class. The chef guide us patiently in preparing Mango salad, Tofu Amor and Palm sugar sticky rice. Beside touring the temples in archeological site, this is also one of the greatest activity when visiting Siem Reap.
