Side Museum - Turkey

I highly recommend to visit Side Museum! There is a nice collection of sculptures, torsa portraits, tomb steles, Greek and Side inscriptions, column capital and etc. There are quite a lot of information signs, both in Turkish and English. Side Museum is located in an ancient bath building that dates back to the 2nd century and has survived until now. It is a small museum, it won’t take more than 30 minutes to see all the artifacts. The Museum is very close to the local attractions and the entrance fee is very cheap. #historicplaces #turkey #museumquest #side #history #hustoricculture #museum #travelinspiration
