This Confectionary is famous in making fresh baked Kompia and Zheng Dong Bing, the foochow buns. They are still using the traditional way of baking, using chacoal-heated oven to bake Kompia. Kompia is one of the must try food in Sibu, it has a hard outside texture and soft inner and topped with sesame seeds. It has original taste and also with Kaya . Zheng Dong Bing has soft texture and taste a bit sweet. It has various kind of filling, e.g. Plain, Butter, Yam, and also Red bean. The shop also selling various kind of traditional biscuit, cookies, and cakes. I like the freshly baked Kompia, it taste so good with its texture.
