Liar's Legs🇷🇴

This bridge, also called Lieta Bridge, is located on Sibiu-Oknei Street. Built in 1859, it is the oldest cast-iron bridge in Romania. It connects the small and large squares of Sibiu. It is called Liar's Bridge because there is a legend that if you lie on this bridge, the bridge will collapse, so people tried to speak honestly here. It may have been built so that merchants would not deceive each other when trading on this bridge. The view of the old town from the bridge is a must-see! #SummerTravel
