It is a rare plant-based brown charcoal hot spring, also known as the "beautifying hot spring". Therefore, the core of this hotel is to embody the perfect combination of nature and culture. As soon as we decided to go to Hokkaido, the first thing we did was to book this hotel! Fortunately, we booked early and successfully used the early bird discount. It really is cheaper! So once you decide on a time, remember to book a room first. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will first walk through a long corridor before reaching the lobby. Like other circles, there are local specialty drinks to enjoy. The staff quickly checked us in and introduced the facilities of the entire hotel. The room was really beautiful! In the center of the room is a table that symbolizes the square hearth in the Ainu house. My favorite seat is by the window. I sit here and look out the window at Lake Polo and a large number of birch and maple trees, which is very picturesque. After taking a break, we went to its famous hot springs. There are two large hot spring baths here, namely "△ Yu" and "０ Yu". "△ Yu" requires walking across a small bridge to reach the conical hot spring hut. It has indoor and outdoor hot springs. While taking a bath, you can also enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Polo. I love this spa so much! The "〇 soup" is different from the open "△ soup". It's more like being inside a cave. There is a circular patio at the top of the hot spring, where you can feel the connection with the outside nature through the soft light and shadow pouring in. Because this hot spring is open to the public, the amenities are not as rich as those of "△ Yu", and there are no high-end hair dryers. However, it is still very good! When it comes to food, all I can say is that you can’t go wrong with Hokkaido! The local ingredients are fresh and the traditional Kaiseki cuisine is delicious.
