[Ainoshima, Fukuoka] Interact with cats at one of the six biggest cat spots in the world!

#SeasonalPlacesInJapan I went on a trip to Fukuoka the other day! I've been to Hakata a few times, so I wanted to try another place, and went to Ainoshima, which I heard about from an acquaintance. Ainoshima is known as one of the six biggest cat spots in the world. My friend who lives in Fukuoka didn't know about it, but it seems to be popular with foreigners, and I saw a lot of them that day. It's just a little over an hour from Hakata, so it's perfect for a half-day trip! Both the bus and the ferry have summer and winter schedules, so if you're traveling, be sure to check the times before visiting!! There are cats everywhere, and it's okay to feed them if you use commercially available cat food. As expected, people who bring food are popular^^ Ainoshima has restaurants and cafes, so you can relax! If you love cats, be sure to visit Ainoshima at least once!
