Please enjoy a relaxing time with a cup of aromatic coffee, carefully brewed in a siphon using coffee beans roasted by Nakayama Coffee Store, and a fluffy omelet rice. "Omelet rice with tomato sauce and grilled cheese topping" is made by pouring ketchup over rice to make the most of the crunchy texture of the black rice, and then topping it with a fluffy omelet made with plenty of butter. Tomato sauce seasoned simply with ketchup is poured generously over the omelet, and finally the melted cheese is grilled over a burner to complete the dish.
