Siyue Academy

Built from Qing dynasty - Kangxi years, Siyue Academy has more than 300 years of history. It is located in Dongmen Pedestrian street -East gate in Luohu district, Shenzhen. It was originally a ancestral hall of a large family in Nanqing street, and later used as an academy. From Nanqing street, they moved it to the current location. The building itself is of a typical Lingnan style. Renovations after renovations in the attempt to preserve it as it is within the city-level cultural relics protection unit.
