The Family School of Le Chun

Location: No.19, Lane 11, Old Village, Xinyang Community, Shajing street, Bao'an district, city of Shenzhen. This particular structure is so ancient because it was built during the Qing dynasty. It got 3 bays, 2 entrances, and one courtyard. Believed to be one of the first schools of wing chun, the most popular martial arts in the world. It was made famous by the late actor Bruce Lee and his master, Yip Man. It is the brick~wood~stone structure, plain brick wall, stone wall foundation and stone wall corner. The stone door frame and the stone plaque on the front of the door inscribed with words "The Family School of Le Chun." Nowadays, locals of Shajing use it as a wooden~fire kitchen. Old school cooking at its best. I saw them prepping some oyster meal on that kitchen.
