A great perfume shopping experience - Philosense in Nantou Ancient Town

#RegisterAugustHotelTester2025 I've been to Nantou Old Town several times, and each time I find something new and surprising. I was drawn into the shop by the theater's decor at the entrance. The interior is simple, with colorful paper flowers everywhere. The shop carries over ten perfumes, mainly divided into woody and floral scents. Each one comes with a booklet detailing the fragrance's ingredients, name, and accompanying story (though maybe I'm just too clueless to understand the connection between the name and story 😅😅). The booklet has been sprayed with perfume, so you can flip through it and smell the different scents. I stayed quite a while, trying again and again after trying everything. When my nose started to lose its sensitivity, the staff offered us coffee beans to smell to help it regain its sensitivity. I liked many of the scents, but my budget was limited, so I ended up buying a 30ml bottle for 315 yuan. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it to get something I liked. I have to commend the female salesperson for her service. Not only was she very knowledgeable about all the perfumes, she was also very friendly and patient throughout the entire process. She even sprayed us with the perfume she thought was perfect for us before we left, leaving us feeling fragrant and happy. 😊😊 Store Location: Enter from the South Gate, walk a few minutes until you see the Xin'an County Government Office.
