My first time in Shenzhen, and I stayed at such an amazing hotel!!!

Conrad Shenzhen 🌟Overall: Enjoy the sea view, sunset, and blue hour from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You might even see fireworks outside the window during the holidays. Take a walk on the large lawn in Qianhai Park and experience the "Dreamer's Story" created by Yabu and Conrad. The location and facilities are excellent, making it suitable for both travelers and business guests, as well as for a staycation for Shenzhen locals🏖. 📍Location: Located in the Qianhai business district, known as the "Manhattan" of Shenzhen, facing the bay and close to Guiwan River and Qianhaishi Park. 🌟Design: Designed by luxury hotel design master Yabu, inspired by "A Dreamer's Story," taking you on a modern art urban journey. 🚗Drop-off area: Large space with a Taihu stone art installation called "Two Instruments" standing in a circular pool. The traffic diversion roundabout design adds a sense of ceremony. 🏨Lobby: Located on the 5th floor, with a high ceiling and grand atmosphere. Yabu used the traditional Chinese courtyard "three in and three out" design, with screens dividing functional areas, creating a strong sense of ceremony. Artworks are carefully placed in every corner, and there's a super cute giant golden Conrad bear at the front desk, wearing a red scarf during the Christmas season, which is adorable! 🍷Lounge: The high ceiling extends to the lounge, with a sea view reception area and a city view dining area, offering great views. The happy hour offerings are average, but the PANNA and S.PELLECRINO sparkling water are great🥂. A small incident: I was told I could have breakfast in the lounge when I checked in, but it was canceled at around 10 pm, which was a bit confusing for the first breakfast of the New Year. 🍽Breakfast: On the first day of the New Year, I waited for 20 minutes. It was a full buffet that day, with average offerings and a lot of people. I went three times for shrimp dumplings but didn't get any😭. 🛏Room: The basic room was upgraded to a high-floor bay view room, facing Qianhai Bay and Qianhaishi Park, with a distant view of the under-construction Penguin Island🐧. At sunset, the purple clouds spread, and the blue hour is like a dream🌇. The New Year's Eve fireworks view was amazing🎆. 🛋Room details: The shoe-changing stool and slippers at the entrance make it feel like home. The floor design is thoughtful, and the bathroom facilities are excellent, with double sinks, BYREDO MOJAVE GHOST toiletries, and a DYSON hairdryer, full marks for details💯. The wardrobe and mini bar cabinets are custom-made movable art glass wood, and the furniture selection is good. The bench at the end of the bed is a small sofa and coffee table, perfect for watching TV📺. The sofa area in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows is symmetrically arranged, with a wooden and metal grid screen separating it, adding a touch of style. 🍫Mini bar: The first round is free, with a capsule coffee machine and six capsules, and the water is Glacier 5100. However, there were no welcome fruits or bears. After calling, a bear was delivered later (only one, while Hong Kong and Bangkok have two), and there were no fruits because the mini bar was free. The concierge helped bring the takeaway upstairs, and the service was good👍.
