I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and it exceeded my expectations.

After going to Hong Kong with my boyfriend, we stayed in Shenzhen for another day and chose the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. The experience was amazing, so I had to share it with you all. 😍 The hotel is located at 1881 Bao'an South Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, in the second phase of the MixC. The location is perfect. 👏 The MixC is right downstairs, so it's super convenient for dining and shopping, meeting all your needs in one place. It's also very close to Luohu Port, making transportation very convenient. The surrounding environment is also very nice, and you can see KK100 and Diwang Tower from the room window. The view from above is stunning. The hotel is very well maintained. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable that it's amazing. Sleeping on it feels like being surrounded by clouds. 🛏 The room amenities are also great, with Balmain toiletries that have a floral and woody scent, which is very pleasant. The hotel's swimming pool is very clean and the view is nice. In addition, the hotel's bar is also very good and worth experiencing. The service deserves a big thumbs up. 👍 The staff are very polite, friendly, and patient, making you feel very warm. They even contacted me in advance to ask about my room needs and prepared the room in advance, and upgraded the room. The service is very thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of options. The freshly squeezed beetroot juice is super delicious, making it the best breakfast among all the five-star hotels I've stayed at. I highly recommend it to those who have high expectations for breakfast. In addition to breakfast, there are many options for the buffet, and the atmosphere in the executive lounge is also very good. Dining here not only allows you to enjoy delicious food but also experience the hotel's high-quality service.
