I checked in at the first Le Méridien Hotel in Shenzhen. It took us a long time to wait until February 1 this year for it to finally open. After the official website was launched, I quickly booked a room for the opening day. ☺️ Maybe it was because it was a weekday, the suites that were originally sold out two days in advance were available on the day because some people changed their plans, so we had the opportunity to experience it. 🔥 The duty manager was super nice. Because the room was not ready at that time, I also asked if he could show me the room if it was not arranged. Then he took us to visit each room type in the hotel and took photos 🔥😍 The room still had a little smell, but after I asked for an air purifier, it was quickly arranged. The room design is fairly authentic, but a little empty and not very concise. I even found that some of the decorations are the same as those of the Nanshan Shangri-La which opened on the same day! If the weather is good, the scenery is still beautiful. 😘 The food and beverage in the lounge was a bit unexpected, of course it was also because of the opening, but overall it was not sloppy, the colleagues in the lounge would help customers mix cocktails, the pastries were excellent, not cheap thawed pastries, and there were even beef ribs and chicken wings on the second day of opening. 🏖️🥰 The breakfast is also good. It is the first time I have seen Benedict eggs in a hotel of Le Meridien's level, but colleagues may not take the initiative to prepare drinks for you. 😍 The hotel team is generally enthusiastic and will mention some operational plans to members checking in on the first day before check-in, even if the guests don't ask. I also met some people who spoke bluntly, so I treated them as interns.
