Dapeng Baiguang Silverleaf Tree Wetland Park

The Baiguang Silverleaf Tree Wetland Park is located in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen, nestled between mountains and the sea. It is home to the most complete and oldest natural population of silverleaf trees found in China and perhaps the world. The silverleaf tree is a typical amphibious semi-mangrove plant and a rare species of mangrove. In addition, the Baiguang Silverleaf Tree Wetland Park contains a century-old Hakka ancient village, as well as a wetland promenade. The seaside area also offers opportunities for sea foraging and camping, making it a very suitable place for rest and taking children out for a walk.
