Hearthfire wine festival: there is food, sight and drink

Every Thursday to Sunday at 7:30 pm, there will be a fire sake festival performance at Hongen Food Collection. First, two girls wearing monkey masks 🐺 and traditional Japanese clothes will take out a large bottle of sake in a dancing manner. Then the chef will toast and sprinkle the sake on the charcoal fire with a bamboo spoon. Suddenly, the fire will be ignited 🔥, which is very ritualistic. In the end, each guest will be given a glass of sake 🍶. This is a very unique performance and the whole venue is very atmospheric 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. As for food, we ordered a ¥498 set meal for two, which included wild vegetable salad🥗, grilled sweet porgy, French seafood pumpkin soup, Italian crab cream roll, Bincho charcoal grilled eel🔥🐟, salt-grilled beef short ribs🥩, tea-soaked rice and dessert🍮. The Bincho charcoal grilled fish was outstanding👍🏻. Watching the chef grill the fish over the charcoal until the skin was crispy and the meat was tender, the service was also very good, and the restaurant's layout was full of Japanese style⛩️.
