College student | 4-day 3-night itinerary in Shenyang!

1️⃣. Dalian Railway Station ➡️ Shenyang North Railway Station ➡️ Zhongjie ➡️ Shenyang Imperial Palace • Zhongjie: We stayed near Zhongjie because it is close to all the attractions and is a commercial center in Shenyang. It is also very convenient for shopping. • Shenyang Imperial Palace: I wanted to take some photos in a Manchu princess costume, so I did my own makeup and rented a costume. There are many costume shops there, so I just walked into one and rented a costume I liked for CNY 100. I just had to return it before 7:00 pm. The deposit is CNY 500. (Note: The ticket for Shenyang Imperial Palace is CNY 50. You can buy it on the official account. If you have a student ID, remember to bring it with you. The student ticket is half price.) DAY2️⃣ Sun Valley Bathing ➡️ Beiling Park ➡️ Xita Street • Sun Valley Bathing: See my homepage for details. • Beiling Park: The ticket is CNY 5, and the student ticket is half price. There is an ice and snow world with many activities, but you must go early because it closes at 5:00 pm. Each activity costs CNY 30 per person. We went there late, so we only played the ice skating activity. There were many people, and it was very fun. It was also very warm to exercise. • Xita Street: We took the subway there. Xita Street is a commercial street with a Korean and North Korean flavor. There are many Korean foods. DAY3️⃣ Zhang Xueliang Former Residence ➡️ Zhongjie • Zhang Xueliang Former Residence: The ticket is CNY 40, and the student ticket is half price. It is very large, and it takes about two hours to visit the whole place. The buildings are very distinctive, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics. The content covers the economic development of Shenyang, and it is worth a visit. • Zhongjie: After visiting Zhang Xueliang Former Residence, we were very tired, so we continued to stroll around Zhongjie and bought some souvenirs from Shenyang. The cost for four days and three nights is about CNY 700–800 per person (including accommodation).
