This Sheraton is not a new hotel, and it still maintains the consistent Sheraton SPG style. As a Marriott Platinum member, it was easy to get a suite; the suite is quite spacious, with a tidy living room and a large bathroom, especially the shower. Shenyang truly has vast land and abundant resources. Their executive lounge is also quite good. I went in winter, and there weren't many people in the lounge, which is also very spacious. I have to say, Shenyang is indeed resource-rich when it comes to living. Upon entering the hotel, I was amazed by the luxurious lobby. The lobby is tall and elegant, with lighting and reflections on the water surface that make you fall in love at first sight. The guest rooms have the traditional Sheraton business style, comfortable and spacious. However, the most important thing this time was the food. At the hotel's Caiyuexuan Chinese Restaurant, Northeast specialty dishes are also included in the menu. You can taste common Northeast dishes like Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork) and Tieguodun (iron pot stew). The restaurant of a five-star hotel always has a bit more ceremony than a roadside restaurant, and the dishes are overall more delicate and look more appealing, and of course, the taste is very authentic. The Feast Buffet Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel serves both buffet breakfast and dinner. I suddenly discovered a very familiar delicacy - chicken rack. This is a common folk delicacy in Shenyang and, to some extent, also a representative of Shenyang snacks. I didn't expect to find it in a five-star hotel restaurant. A bowl of hand-pulled noodles and a five-spice chicken rack, this is the essence of everyday life. The buffet dinner is very rich, and you can tell its popularity from the fully occupied restaurant. Many locals also come here to enjoy the buffet. The barbecue station has the longest queue; Northeastern people truly love barbecue. Besides various seafood to feast on, there is also Southeast Asian-style Bak Kut Teh, which is quite a pleasant surprise.
