Back from Yunnan, but my heart is still in the South of the Colorful Clouds (2024/11/1~11/7)

On November 1st, I finally embarked on my long-awaited trip to Yunnan. This seven-day journey, from November 1st to 7th, took me to places like Lijiang Ancient Town, Pudacuo National Park, Meili Snow Mountain, Shangri-La, and Lugu Lake. It's been over a week since I returned, but my heart still feels like it's lost in the South of the Colorful Clouds. The mountains and waters there, the people, all linger in my mind. First Stop: Lijiang Ancient Town Lijiang Ancient Town was my first stop. As soon as I got off the plane, I was captivated by the ancient town's cobblestone streets and Bai ethnic houses. The small bridges and flowing water in the town, along with the bustling bar street, made it hard to leave. Second Day: Pudacuo National Park On the second day, I visited Pudacuo National Park. The park's pristine forests and alpine lakes made me marvel at the wonders of nature. Third Day: Meili Snow Mountain On the third day, I arrived at Meili Snow Mountain. Meili Snow Mountain is a sacred site in Tibetan Buddhism and one of the most beautiful snow mountains in China. Standing on the viewing platform, watching the golden sunlight on the mountain, I felt a deep sense of awe. Fourth Day: Shangri-La On the fourth day, I arrived in Shangri-La. Shangri-La is a place full of mystery, with magnificent natural scenery and rich Tibetan culture. Fifth Day: Lugu Lake On the fifth day, I visited Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is a beautiful plateau lake with crystal-clear water, and the Mosuo villages by the lake are full of unique charm. Sixth Day: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain On the sixth day, I challenged Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Standing at the peak of the snow mountain, overlooking the mountains, I felt a surge of pride. Seventh Day: Going Home On the seventh day, I reluctantly said goodbye to Yunnan and embarked on my journey home. Summary Yunnan is a beautiful place with magnificent mountains and waters, rich ethnic culture, and simple, honest people. During this trip, I not only enjoyed the scenery but also experienced different cultures and made many friends. This trip to Yunnan will be a beautiful memory in my life. Some Tips Clothing: The temperature difference in Yunnan in November is large between morning and evening, so it's recommended to bring a jacket. Sun Protection: The UV rays in Yunnan are strong, so it's recommended to take sun protection measures. Food: Yunnan has a variety of delicious foods, so try the local snacks. Transportation: Tourist attractions in Yunnan are scattered, so it's recommended to plan your transportation in advance.
