A spiritual journey to Shangri-La.

Shangri-La, a place symbolizing eternity, tranquility, and sacredness, is located in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan. It is not just a geographical coordinate, but also a spiritual realm. I have heard beautiful legends about Shangri-La since I was a child, and I have always wanted to visit. Finally, I had the opportunity to set foot on this magical land, and I was so excited. When I first arrived in Shangri-La, I was shocked by the towering and continuous snow-capped mountains. The sun shone through the thin clouds on the ridge, as if it had put a layer of sacred light on the earth. The distant Meili Snow Mountain stands majestically, and the legendary sacred mountain at this moment is so real and solemn. Standing at the foot of the mountain, I seemed to feel the great power of nature, and at the same time deeply felt my own insignificance. We continued on and arrived at Napahai. This is a plateau wetland, with vast meadows extending to the horizon, and the green grass and blue sky reflect each other. By the lake, water birds danced, and cattle and sheep leisurely ate grass. Everything here is so peaceful and harmonious, as if time has slowed down in this pure land. Riding a horse on the grassland, the breeze blowing on my face, I felt an unprecedented sense of freedom and relief. Don't miss the unique Tibetan culture of Shangri-La. Walking into Dukezong Ancient City, this ancient city with a history of more than 1,300 years was once hit by a fire in 2014, but after reconstruction, it still retains a strong Tibetan style. Under the moonlight, the stone road in the ancient city is particularly quiet, and the Tibetan-style buildings emit a faint light. Here, I tasted authentic butter tea and zanba, and the unique taste left a deep impression on me.
