Drink some glucose or cola. 🏨 Accommodation: Xiaomi Self-service Youth Hostel 30/night (inside Dukezong Ancient Town) It's recommended for solo travelers as you can get a lot of information. 🛵 Rental: Electric scooter 50/day, after bargaining 1⃣ DAY1: Songzanlin Monastery → Napahai (cycling around the lake) 2⃣ DAY2: Day trip to Meili Snow Mountain (group tour 150/person) Star-gazing platform → Meili Snow Mountain Viewpoint (to see the sunrise on the golden mountain) → White Horse Snow Mountain → First Bend of the Jinsha River → Helong Bridge → Napahai Viewpoint → Evening visit to Turtle Mountain Park to see the night view → Dukezong Ancient Town 3⃣ DAY3: Pudacuo/Balagezong Attraction Tickets 💰: 【Songzanlin Monastery】Ticket: 55/person, buy at the manual window with your ID card. If you buy from the machine, you'll be bundled with a guide purchase. The scenic car ride there is 10/person, and when returning, there's a No. 3 bus from the temple entrance that only costs 2 yuan. 【Napahai】Free. Rent an electric scooter to cycle around the lake. Just pay attention to sun protection. Although the grass isn't green, it's still beautiful for photos. 【Meili Snow Mountain】I joined a day tour group 💰150/person. Departure at around 4:10 in the morning (bring your own food). First, watch the starry sky (you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye!) → sunrise on the golden mountain (weather permitting) → White Horse Snow Mountain → Moon Bay → Helong Bridge → Napahai. Over three hundred kilometers round trip, pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation, and you'll be back around one in the afternoon, so you can still catch up on some sleep. 【Turtle Mountain Park】Here is the world's largest prayer wheel, which we managed to turn only after forming a circle (the kind of effortful turning), and the night view is very beautiful. 【Dukezong Ancient Town】If you stay here, you can go for a stroll at night. There's a small square where everyone dances together in the evening, which is super fun. 【Pudacuo】🎫 In March, women get a half-price discount (be sure to buy manually with your ID to get the discount). You can take a bus from the tourist service center in the ancient town. 【Balagezong】Tickets are 208 yuan/person at the ancient town tourist service center, including round-trip bus. This scenic area is not crowded now. 🟢 Balagezong and Pudacuo (it's best to bring some dry food if you go), I didn't visit, but several friends from the hostel kept talking about them, saying they are worth visiting. Sisters with more time can also go to Tiger Leaping Gorge.
