Wang Xian Gu, the Celestial Valley

Wang Xian Gu. You should definitely visit it at least once. The photos might not do it justice, but in reality, it is incredibly beautiful, both day and night. I just went there last Thursday and saw about two groups of Thai people. There are still few foreign tourists here. Traveling there is not difficult at all. You can take a high-speed train from Shanghai (Shanghai Hongqiao Station) to Shangrao Station, which takes about 2.40 hours (costs 1,166 baht). Or, if you are visiting Hangzhou, it is even closer. From Hangzhou East Station to Shangrao Station, it takes only 1.45 hours (costs 794 baht). Then, you can take a taxi using Alipay Didi, which costs around 115 yuan (about 600 baht). I stayed at a place near Wang Xian Gu called Shangrao Yungujuju. After checking in and having lunch, the owner drove me to the valley around 3 PM. For the return trip around 9 PM, the owner picked me up. Communication was very convenient through WeChat. The owner is a very kind and lovely lady. She took good care of me, recommended lunch spots, and chatted with me (through WeChat) since she doesn't speak English. She also prepared breakfast in the morning. The accommodation here is very affordable, around 1,000 baht. I got mine for 1,045 baht. For the return trip, the owner arranged transportation to Shangrao Station for 35 yuan per person.
