Healthy Spring !!

Spring has always woken up the athlete in us. This Saturday morning just woke up and went straight to the bund only to see 100 more people who had similar thought like me 😅 and came for jogging. Although the crowd did disappointed me, I went on for jogging. And then this healthy brunch, made my day. Situated in the Middle Longhua road, this Wagas restaurant is always my go to place if I decide to eat healthy. We ordered a healthier bowl of salmon, brown rice, avocado. And a quick salad with some spinach, walnut and mango in it. With the addition of bread with mushroom, eggs and avocado mashup. It is rather fit to say as protein bowl; and it costed only 150 plus RMB.
