MugHug Cafe, Thames Town

#shinsider After exploring as much of Thames Town as possible, we were starting to get a little peckish and dove into one of the restaurant cafe’s nearby. Unfortunately, no fish and chips were found, but what we did have was still delicious! MugHug Cafe had a decent selection of food to choose from (all in Chinese, so you’ll need to use a translator if you can’t read the characters) although the Western food options were pretty standard (pasta…). But I decided to eat the Beef Bibimbap which was absolutely delicious! It was served in the pot, was sizzling hot when it came out and was nicely spiced with a decent amount of beef (thicker cuts…) and vegetables. Plus the rice had a nice crispy bottom - yum!
