A spontaneous, relaxing trip to Shanghai 🎄✨

Let me share my 5-day, 4-night spontaneous trip – just chilling and strolling around! 🤣 We flew on a late flight, arriving around 10 PM. We took a Didi taxi to our accommodation, Ji Hotel (No. 225). The location was great, the room was spacious with large windows, and it's close to Nanjing and The Bund. 💖 On the first day, we went to Jing'an Temple to make a wish. The entrance fee was 50¥, incense 10¥. We prayed in all four directions, took pictures, and strolled around a nearby mall. We shopped for Pane shoes (very comfortable, but the sizes are quite limited). 💖 In the evening, we went to the Christmas market. We booked in advance for 130 baht (30¥) for the 3 PM slot. The atmosphere was nice, but I thought it was a bit small. We walked around for 40 minutes and then went for another walk to see the view, crossing over to Greenland. It was very windy that day. But there was a bit too much fog or smoke. 🩵 The next day, we went to Disneyland. I recommend buying Early Bird tickets so you can play more rides and there aren't many people. You can ride Zootopia and Tron in no time. I thought Tron was just okay. If you've already been to Jurassic Park in Osaka (which was more fun), you might want to wait until you're in. We rode 6-7 rides and then left. The Christmas decorations were super cute. We went on a Friday, so there weren't many people, but the weather was cloudy. 💙 After returning from Disneyland, I slept for a long time because my feet were so sore. When I woke up, I went to Fine Pancakes near Huahai Rd. The pancakes were delicious and the shop was cute. Then I went shopping in the basement and ended up at Pushing Coffee, a dog-themed cafe. The owner was so nice, recommended menus, and even took pictures for us. >> Then we went to Super Brand Mall to eat at Diandude, which was delicious as always. But I really wanted to try the dipping sauces! 555555 The malls here are decorated so extravagantly. >> I queued for new sukiyaki for 3 hours, then ate in 40 minutes. I was so hungry! >> It was so cold today, felt like -2 degrees. I was shivering as I walked. 💜 In the morning before heading back, I went for a walk and took pictures at North Buns Greenland, a popular spot. I sat and had coffee at Manners and took pictures of the trees before leaving. Actually, I visited more places than this, but I focused on shopping and eating here and there.
